Corrections Policy

Corrections Policy

Accuracy matters more than preserving old wording. When AnimalsCell confirms that a published statement is materially wrong, outdated or misleading, we correct it.

What we correct

Corrections can include factual errors, outdated medical guidance, broken or misleading context, incorrect names or credentials, inaccurate product information, and wording that could lead readers to misunderstand urgency or safety.

Minor and significant changes

Minor edits such as grammar, formatting or broken links may be fixed without a formal correction note. Significant factual or medical corrections should be reflected in the page’s update information, and where useful, explained to readers.

How to report an error

If you believe a page contains an error, contact us with the page URL, the statement in question and, when possible, a source supporting the correction. We review correction requests on their merits rather than on whether they are favorable to AnimalsCell or a commercial partner.

Legacy content

During the site-wide editorial upgrade, some older articles may be rewritten substantially, merged into stronger guides or removed when they no longer meet the current standard. Redirects are used where appropriate so useful references are not lost unnecessarily.
